All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another person, even with a fee. Once you complete a purchase, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased ticket(s) is/are used. All tickets and passes are subject to the restrictions described in the product description and/or pickup instructions. Rides & Attractions may close without notice due to weather or maintenance.
For date and time-specific tickets, I understand that the admission ticket(s) I am purchasing are non-refundable. In the event Splash Zone Waterpark closes for the day I have selected, I will be offered admission for another day of my choosing.
